Procedure
Blend together one cup of soaked and blanched almonds with 2 cups of water. Strain off the almond milk, then blend the strained almond milk with 1 cup of soaked date water, 4 dates and 4 bananas. Add sweetener if desired.
Note: Bananas and cow’s milk don’t mix well so don’t substitute cow’s milk in this recipe!
