Baked Pear Chutney << Back to Sattwic Foods
Ingredients

6 medium Pears, peeled, cored and quartered
1/2 cup Cranberries
2 Oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/4 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Lemon rind, grated
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Orange juice

Procedure

Place ingredients in a greased baking dish and stir well. Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 5
