Procedure
Cut bananas into half (lengthwise). Melt some butter in a non-stick pan in medium heat. Once the butter is melted add the brown sugar and place the banana slices (cut side up) on top of the sugar. Let it cook for 20 seconds. Now add some orange juice and ground cinnamon. Cook for another 10 seconds. Turn over the bananas carefully and cook for another 45-60 seconds. Be careful not to burn the bananas.
Place the bananas in a dessert plate and drizzle the liquid left in the pan (or any sauce of your choice) on top of the bananas. Serve them with a scoop of ice cream.
