Cooked Apple Chutney << Back to Sattwic Foods
Ingredients

2 Apples, seeded, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 grated Lemon rind
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 cup Water

Procedure

Place all ingredients in a pot and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat and then simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 3
