1 Mango, pitted and peeled 1 inch piece of Ginger 1/2 tsp. Black mustard seeds 2 pinches Cinnamon 1/8 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Sugar 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
Dry roast black mustard seeds until they start popping. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until just smooth.
