    Dear D2D Team,

thank you for the wonderful food and service. My cook told me that the people enjoyed the meal and several were asking for second helping. We appreciate your kindness to the homeless and welcome you back whenever you choose

It was an amazing experience to help homeless people. I enjoyed each and every moment. Feeding people and seeing the smile in their face made my day. I was happy when they blessed us heart fully and left. It made me feel sad that there are many people without food and shelter, I pray to God to bring all of them out of poverty. I should thank each and every one who has participated with their own interest. I personally want to thank Guru for playing a major role. I want to participate in volunteer works every single month.

  3. Nithya Says:

I liked preparing and serving food for homeless people. When people entered in the dining hall I could see tiredness in faces but they were all very happy when received food and started eating. It gave me great satisfaction. When I saw them I realized how much I should be thankful to Divine for giving me this wonderful life. Since we had a big team the flow of work was very smooth and quick. The prayer before doing work was really good. At the end Salvation Army people clapped and thanked us, that gave satisfaction. Overall a great experience for me. Thanks to D2D and Divine for giving me this opportunity.

Participating in this activity gave me heartfelt happiness. I always like to cook and serve food. The food we gave made so many people happy. I enjoyed cooking as a group . Guru organized each work so it was easy for us to follow. We did prayers before starting work which is very good and it encouraged us to work. Thanks to all participants. Thank you Guru and Divine for giving me an opportunity.

It was a satisfying experience to prepare food for 100+ people. Not many times we get this opportunity and doing it as a group was very rewarding. Our group prayer led by Vijay before serving the food was very inspiring and it brought a sense of humbleness in me, I thank the D2D group & Salvation Army for the wonderful opportunity.
