Volunteering at Full Circle Farm on May 17th, 2015

Our May month volunteer activity was at Full Circle Farm on May 17, 2015. This activity in related to organic farming as well. We are volunteering here to collect the vegetables that were grown by this farm, prepare the compost and beds for the plants.

    It was very good to do the activity with so many people. I enjoyed the activity. This is similar to what we do to become a better person. Weed off the not so good and plant the good. Is was inspiring to see our parents in action along with us.

    We went to a farm this month for volunteering. It was a great experience. Weather was also good and perfect for farming. We digged the soil and put the seeds. Actually its hard work but, all our new volunteers worked with great energy and joy. We completed four rows today. I am very happy to be a part of this activity.

    This is the new service for me.It is a wonderful experiance I felt.

    I am so happy that I have been a small part in the new plants growth.

    I thank God and Guru for giving me this wonderful oppertunity.

    Moreover I enjoyed the group work very much.

    I had a good time volunteering at full circle farm. We cleaned up the top soil and sowed seeds. I enjoyed doing the work and with many new eager volunteers this time, we were able to share the work and do it with more fun.

    Volunteer activity was a very happy event. It was very satisfying to work with everyone. I want to participate again in this activity.

    The volunteering was very very good. Everyone joined together, helped each other in such a manner that no one was able to see any difficulty and completed the job nicely. O’ Lord Muruga, I want to have a journey like this again.
    In old age I got to see something new
    And I don’t have words to say
    What was in the hands? seeds
    It fell from my hands into the lap of Mother Earth
    It was a moment of pride and joy
    It(Pen) helped express my view.
