Volunteering at RFHC Organic Garden
This activity in related to organic farming. We are volunteering here to collect the fruits and vegetables that were grown by this farm, prepare the compost and beds for the plants.

Today’s experience was wonderful. I felt happy as I was participating in the volunteer activity with D2D members after a long time. We filled the field with mulch. We had a good physical work out and had fun too. I liked doing it as a group. I am happy to see new people in our group who are interested in participating volunteer work.

I thoroughly enjoyed today’s gardening activity. It was very good and relaxing. I enjoyed team’s camaraderie. I was surprised to see how well the team was prepared for this event. I would like to participate in this volunteer work again.

I enjoyed the volunteer activity well. I painted sign boards for garden. I got new ideas to create them. It was fun. I love to participate in this kind of activities. Thank you for giving me a chance to participate in this volunteer work.

RFHC has a small garden. Sometimes they do teach how to do backyard farming to their patients. Our job today was to spread the mulch around the field. By doing that weeds don’t grow and mulch makes the soil productive. I am glad to help such a noble activity. I enjoyed it today. I liked working as group and sharing our experiences. It was well organized and I like to participate in this activity again.

I very much enjoyed today’s gardening activity. I painted sign boards to place in the garden. Raghu gave good suggestion and helped me to paint. His idea for paint brush was very innovative. We both made signs for all the plants there. It was very relaxing. I liked working as group. RFHC volunteer coordinator Andrea was very helpful. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to participate in this activity.

Today’s activity was very good. It was an exclusive D2D event. The amount of work done was very good. All this was done because of the group effort. Raghu’s instant solution to paint brush was super. Knowing our effort is reaching very needy made me feel happy. I like to participate in this activity again.
