Volunteering at Salvation Army – Oct 21st, 2017
Salvation Army is a church and an international charitable organization striving to serve the people in need. They provide services like Family Support, supporting homeless people, Youth and senior services. In this volunteer activity we cook and serve food for approximately 100-200 homeless people.

It was well organized and fun to volunteer with this group. This was my first experience at Salvation Army and it lived up to the hype. Making food and serving to the people felt nice. It was interesting to work with the help and all the kitchen equipment.
Would love to volunteer again.

I’ve really enjoyed doing this volunteering event. It is soul fulfilling to feed so many people with hunger. Thank you to Guru and God for giving me such a wonderful opportunity to serve the community.
