Volunteering for Holiday Toy distribution – CSA
CSA is a non-profit organization that offers Emergency Assistance, Senior Assistance Services, Alpha Omega Homeless Services and Holiday Sharing Program[http://csacares.org/]
In this volunteering we take part in Holiday Sharing Program and help in toy distribution to low income families. Check out the photos and comments below from the participants about their experience.

I have really enjoyed this volunteer activity. This was completely different from the previous activities I have been to. The idea of giving gifts to a family in the holiday season was really amazing. The happiness on the faces of parents and kids while picking the toys gave great joy.

Today’s D2D volunteer work was great. We helped low income people to get toys for their kids. Escorting them to different sections like toys, pajamas and books were main tasks today. I enjoyed the whole activity. I liked the happiness in the parent’s faces after getting the gift for their kids.

I enjoyed today’s volunteer work very much. We helped parents to select toys and clothes for their kids. Because of this volunteer activity I experienced the joy of giving. One aspect which touched me in today’s volunteer work was happiness in the faces of parents. When they said thank you to me I felt so happy because I spent time well. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

It was a good experience. We took people around the place to select toys for their kids. I felt so happy when I was doing my job. I liked the happiness in the eyes of parents. Thank you all for giving me this opportunity to serve.

It was very nice. I felt so happy when I saw the smile in people’s face when they are received gifts. I liked this activity very much. I liked the aspect of giving wholeheartedly.
